We recently purchased a used car from Mancari's. While test driving the car, it had stickers all over the front window. We loved the car so we decided to purchase it. We picked it up after work & it was dark. We didn't realize until the next day that the front windshield was cracked. We contacted Mancari's as soon as we saw the crack. At first, my husband talked to Steve who made the assumption that it may have happened while driving it home which was not the case & told my husband approximately 10 times "I will NOT replace the windshield". Steve did have someone come to our home to try to fill it in but it was too long to fill in completely. That Saturday we went to Mancari's to have a part put on our car & happened to meet Chris Mancari. We explained to him about the windshield & without any questions, not even a second thought, he said he would replace the windshield. I can't say enough about Chris & his customer service. Thanks again Chris for standing behind your cars & taking care of us in such a professional way. Mancari's is a stand up dealership & I would defiantly consider purchasing our next car from them.
I didn't get the gentleman's name today but I needed a key cut from the service department for a somewhat emergency situation and he had it cut and in my hand within minutes. So greatly appreciated! If there is any way to find out who it was please thank him again for me.
I love the service hours, and I loved the service performed. The price was right in line with hat I thought it should be. However, I can't return because you don't take American Express. Bummer!
The place to buy your car! I did! Love the service and free food!
On 9-18-2017 I bought my car in for a oil change, I was told that they could not change my car oil because they could not get the car oil plug out, because the oil pan was pushed in there was no leaks of oil and if they tried to get it out the oil pan would crumble, so my car was let down and for me to call during the week of 9-25-2017 to make an appointment to have a new oil pan installed, because the machanics just came back to work. I went and bought a new oil pan and was told that the plug was not pushed in and that the machanic could have gotten it out. For me to take the new oil pan back and get my money back. I did, i have the receipt. Why did the lane Supervisor and the employee that had the car up on the rack in the oil lane say they could not get the plug out to change my oil. My son had no problem getting the oil plug out.
